Childbirth Preparation

If you are pregnant this course is for you. In it we are going to discuss all aspects related to the final stretch of pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period.

The course is aimed at both pregnant women and couples and aims to provide all the knowledge and tools necessary to experience pregnancy and childbirth consciously, safely, free of fears and insecurities.

During the course we will address different topics:

• The physiology of labor and birth
• Pain management
• Birth options and birth plan
• The role of the companion

• Breastfeeding
• What to expect in the postpartum period
